Well, it has been four months and I still do not have this service. I had to try and use satillate internet service with Hugesnet, would was soooo slow, I couldn't even stream my online lectures for my online degree. I still do not have internet services, I am using up the data on my cell phone, which has caused $75 extra on my monthly bill. I also have to go to the library to complete my school work.

At first a lot of the issues had been taken care of. We were trying to be as patient as possible. Now phone calls and text messages go unanswered. To bring to completion this house during a difficult year with Covid and the unexpected rise in the cost of lumber pretty much within budget was truly remarkable. This was especially true with the changes that I wanted in their standard house design which was facilitated by their in house architect Eugene. What made the project even more difficult was getting permits this past year from Wake County and the final certificate of occupancy from Cary, notably the most strict in that category. The house is truly remarkable and above expectations now that we have settled in.
When I went to install chandeliers in the dining and kitchen areas the one install was fine but the second the switch did not work. The light stayed on continually or dimmed. If we knew this we would have not had the credit ran and had the credit score lowered as it did and take that hard-hit which ended up affecting us.
As a first time buyer we had a great experience with KB homes they helped us thru the process and we couldn’t be happier. Our thanksgiving and christmas are ruined because of this builder. We called them to let them know that they punctured our plumbing line when they built the home. Two nails were found by a certified plumber that went through the line.
