On October 30th, 2021 we had Home Comfort Experts come over to install both a water heater and air conditioner. They were also scheduled to move our dehumidifier to another location as it is located beneath our bedroom causing discomfort due to heat. When I asked if they were going to be able to move our dehumidifier they told me they didn't have enough power outlets. I had talked with the manager and he told me earlier to go buy an extension cord, so I did and I could have easily bought more outlets and have been back within 5 minutes for them. Yesterday, I decided to take a look at our new air-conditioner they installed and found 2 different locations that had damage to it. I have now contacted home comfort experts 3 times to get told they will call me back but this has not happened.
